The petitioner contends that the petitioner has filed a representation for release of his gratuity and leave encashment, the same may be directed to be decided so that the petitioner may know the position. 2.
Without any observation on merit, since only limited prayer has been made to decide the representation of the petitioner, if the petitioner files a fresh representation, the same may be decided in accordance with law. The petitioner thereafter shall be at liberty to avail the statutory remedy as available to him under the law.
