In compliance of order dated 27.11.2000, a report dated 9.11.2015 v has been submitted by the Superintendent of Central Jail, Bilaspur in which it is mentioned that appellants - Sajju @ Araria and Ghasiram have got the benefit of remission, have also paid the fine amount of Rs.2,000/- on 19.12.2001 and 13.11.2001, respectively and thereby on completion of their sentence they have been released.

In this case, the appellants have already undergone the substantive jail sentence imposed against them and paid the fine as ordered by the trial Court.

In view of above, the appeal has become infructuous.

It is accordingly, disposed of.
