Hon'ble Shri Navin Sinha, Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri Inder Singh Uboweja, J.
Order On Board Per Navin Sinha, Chief Justice 24/04/2015 1.
Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioners.
2.
This application has been filed to review the order dated 1.9.2014 dismissing M.C.C. No. 485 of 2012 declining to restore Writ Petition (227) No. 242 of 2009.
3.
The review jurisdiction is restricted to errors apparent on the face of record.
The restoration application filed earlier was itself belated with no proper explanation for the same. Even the present review application does not even aver that the Petitioners have taken any steps to identify the delinquent official because of whose negligence the delay may have been occasioned. We are not satisfied to entertain the review application for restoration of M.C.C 4.
The application is dismissed.
