1. This contempt petition is misconceived because there is no material on record to show that after the order was passed by this Court remitting to the Board of Revenue with a direction to decide the matter afresh, order of this Court was brought to the notice of the Board of Revenue.

2. Therefore, the contempt petition is dismissed.

3. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate remedy for redressal of grievance.
