The applicant has preferred this Second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 418/2020 registered at Police Station Civil Line, District Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 364 A of the IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act.

3. First bail application preferred by the applicant was also withdrawn vide order dated 09/12/2020 passed in MCRC No. 8461/2020.

4. Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail

application.

5. Permission is granted. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
