The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the non granting of the benefits of revised pay scale which the respondents have already decided vide Annexure P-2 dated 08.05.2017.

According to the petitioner, though the respondents have passed an order holding that the petitioner is entitled for the same but till date she has not received the benefits of the same neither has she been given arrears of the same.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no. 2 & 3 to take necessary steps in ensuring that compliance of the order Annexure P-2 dated 08.05.2017 is done at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days.

It is made clear that in case if any payment has already been released to the petitioner then only the claim left to be consider would be that of any arrears which has to be paid or not. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
