Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have made an application to the Tehsildar number of times for demarcation of their land situated at Phaphadih but the same is not being carried out till today. He would submit that initial application was made in 2005, subsequent application was made in the year 2009-2010 and the last order sheet would show that on 4/07/2019 the RI and Patwari have been directed to carry out the demarcation and the last date was given on

30/07/2019, therefore the Tehsildar may be directed to carry out the demarcation within a stipulated time. Learned counsel submits that proceeding are still continuing and it has not been culminated till date. 2.

Perusal of the document the last order sheet dated 4/07/2019 would show that RI and Patwari have been directed to give their report. 3.

Consequently, it is directed that the Tehsildar Raipur who is in- charge of Phaphadih area shall carry out the demarcation within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of this order and conclude the proceeding of demarcation accordingly.
