(2) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of paragraph two of the reply filed by respondents No. 4 to 6.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(4) In view of submissions made by the parties, this writ petition stands finally disposed of in terms of paragraph two of the reply filed by respondents No. 4 to 6 .
