HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet MCC No. 81 of 2019 Smt. Namrata Thakur Versus State Of Chhattisgarh 29.01.2019 Mr. Chandradeep Prasad, Counsel for the petitioner. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification in the order dated 09/01/2019 passed in WPS No. 8109/2018. The modification sought is to the extent of address of the respondent No. 4 in the cause title be read as Nagar Palika Parishad, Saraipali instead of Nagar Palika Parishad, Dhamtari. Likewise other modification sought for in paragraph 1 where the subject of the petitioner is shown as Geology wherein the subject in fact is Biology. Both these errors have occurred because of the inadvertence on the part of the petitioner.

The said modification is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly the MCC stands allowed.

Status of the respondent No. 4 shall be read as Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad Saraipali instead of Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Palika Dhamtari. Likewise in paragraph 1 subject of the petitioner would be read as Lecturer, Biology instead of Lecturer, Geology.

With the aforesaid modification MCC stands allowed and disposed off.
