At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application for grant of bail with liberty to file regular bail application after surrender in view of the fact that other accused have been granted regular bail. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file regular bail application after surrender. In case, such application is filed, the same shall be decided as early as possible preferably within three days.
