1. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 1 has filed their return along with a document dated 29.11.2018. The said document reflects that the Order passed by this Court on 05.07.2018 in WPS No. 3140 of 2017 has been considered and the committee which was constituted to consider the eligibility of the petitioner has found her to be ineligible for want of requisite experience.

2. Given the said fact, that the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and have found her ineligibile, this Court is of the opinion that the Order passed by this Court for consideration has since been complied with. The Contempt Petition accordingly stands disposed off.

However, in case, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the subsequent decision dated 29.11.2018, the petitioner would have the liberty to challenge the same in an appropriate proceeding which cannot be looked into under the contempt jurisdiction of this Court.
