This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner challenging the order dated 24.08.2017 and 04.04.2016 (Annexure - P/1 and P/2 respectively) passed by respondent No. 2- Collector, Gariyaband. 2.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent - State would submit that the order of Collector is revisable before the Divisional Commissioner (R).

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a representation before the Divisional Commissioner(R) within a period of two weeks from today and, in turn, the said authority shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from date of receipt of representation along with certified copy of this order after hearing the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
