(2) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the order dated 15.01.2018, interim order for maintaining the status quo for the period of four weeks was granted in favour of the petitioner, but due to typographical

mistake that part of order could not have been mentioned in the said order, therefore, the same may be directed to be corrected accordingly. (3) The prayer is not opposed by counsel for the State. The prayer is accepted and it is directed that for a period of four weeks, status quo shall be maintained by the parties. This order of granting status quo for four weeks be read along with the order dated 15.01.2018 pased in WPC No.102/2018. Rest of the contents mentioned in the order shall remain intact. (4) The order dated 15.01.2018 stands modified accordingly. (5) Accordingly, the M.C.C. stands disposed of.
