1. This is an office reference based on the request letter dated 24/01/2020 sent by the learned Civil Judge, Class-II Ambikapur (C.G.) through learned District and Sessions Judge, Ambikapur, Surguja for extension of time for final disposal of the Civil Suit No. 13-A/2017.

2. This Court vide order dated 02/04/2019 had granted time of four months to learned trial Court to dispose off the Civil Suit No. 13-A/2017, which has not been complied and further extension of time has been sought by the learned trial Court to comply with the order passed by this Court.

3. Considering the request made and the grounds stated in the letter, further 60 days' time is granted to learned trial Court to dispose off the said Civil Suit by taking the trial on day-to-day basis.

4. Accordingly, this MCC stands disposed of.
