Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that against the order passed by the State Bank of India dated 09.10.2017, petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Appellate Authority which is pending consideration since 10.11.2017 and has not been decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to Appeallate Authority to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 4.
Be that as it may, the respondent - appellate authority is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
