On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 21.01.2020 passed in WPS No.10056 of 2019 is

recalled. Consequently, WPS No.10056 of 2019 is directed to be restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
