Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would argue that the order passed by this Court on 8-11-2017 in WPS No.5920 of 2017 has not been complied with inasmuch as the representation preferred by the petitioner has not yet been decided.

Let the petitioner move fresh application before the respondent drawing her attention towards the necessity of complying the order passed by this Court. The application be filed within 15 days from today along with certified copy of the order passed in this contempt petition. On moving such application, the contemnor shall decide the representation at the earliest as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter.

It is made clear that if the representation is not decided within the stipulated period, despite the above application of the petitioner, strict view shall be taken against the erring official as and when the petitioner moves fresh contempt petition for which liberty is reserved in his favour. 4.
