With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

The writ petition was preferred challenging the order (Annexure-P-1) passed by the respondent No.3, Deputy Commissioner, Municipal

Corporation, Bilaspur whereby, one Dharamlal Yadav was made the officiating principal of Pt. Munnulal Shukla Higher Secondary School, Bilaspur. The said order has since been modified on 24.09.2014 to appoint one Smt. Bharti Tiwari as officiating principal. 3.

Admittedly, Smt. Bharti Tiwari is neither the respondent in this petition nor the petitioner is challenging the said order. 4.

By amending the writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to make necessary changes in the gradation list as on 31.10.2012 (Annexure-P-16) and to place her above Shri Dharamlal Yadav and Narendra Gupta.

The relief claimed in the original writ petition has been rendered infructuous. For amended relief, the petitioner may submit a representation before the Corporation, within a period of one month from today and on such representation being filed, the same shall be considered and decided by the Corporation, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months. 6.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the matter, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case.
