Considering that the grounds for cancellation and modification of the order is personal in nature, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the transfer order. However, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner be decided within four weeks from today. Thereafter, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he would be at liberty to file appeal as provided under Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. 3.
