2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's application for grant of leave/parole dated 04.06.2020 is still pending before the Collector -cumDistrict Magistrate, Korba.

3. Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner's application will be considered within 10 days.

4. In view of the above statement made by the learned State counsel, the concerned Collector is directed to decide the petitioner's application within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
