Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Tahsildar, Raipur is not proceeding with the case in accordance with the decree passed by the Ninth Civil Judge Class-II Raipur. 2.

The prayer made by the petitioner in this petition can be very well adjudicated by the Court below which has passed the decree and the suitable application can always be preferred before that Court. It will be to extension of power to exercise the power under Article 227 of the Constitution to give a direction at this stage. The petitioner shall be at liberty to move suitable application before the Civil Court, which has passed the decree for execution, if any thereof.
