1) The petitioner has preferred this revision petition under Section 19 (4) of the Family Court Act against the order dated 09.11.2017 passed by the learned Principal Judge Family Court, Raipur, District- Raipur (C.G.) whereby the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs. 10,000/- per month as maintenance to the respondent.

2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he wants to avail opportunity of hearing under Section 126 of CrPC for settingaside the order passed by learned Family Court against the petitioner. Therefore, at this state, he wants to withdraw the instant petition.

3) Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the above prayer.

4) Permission granted.
