Shri Lav Sharma, Panel Lawyer for the State. On 25.08.2013 this court ordered for issuance of notice to the respondents on payment of PF within three days. However, since then there is default on the part of the

petitioners in not paying PF for issuance of notice to the respondents inspite of fresh notice being issued in the year, 2010.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Shri Tiwari appears on behalf of Shri Jitendra Pali, counsel for the petitioners, and submits that he has no instructions from his client.

In view of above statement made by the counsel for the petitioners, this court is left with no other option, but to dismiss the case on default.
