1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 04.01.2021 in connection with Crime No. 04/2021 registered in Police Station Newai, District Durg (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 67(B) of I.T. Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file appropriate application before the appropriate bench.

3. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
