Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that no action is being taken on the complaint made by the petitioner on 28.08.2017 to the respondent No. 1, being aggrieved against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that enquiry

has been conducted on the complaint filed by the petitioner and the enquiry report has already been sent to the petitioner and the complaint of the petitioner has now been closed.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

Since, enquiry has been done on petitioner's complaint and the report has also been sent to him, accordingly, the writ petition is closed as no direction is required to be issued to the respondents. The documents are taken on record.
