1. This is second bail application preferred under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

2. First bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 10.06.2020 passed in MCRCA No.53/2020.

3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant anticipatory bail application.

4. However, as prayed by learned counsel for the Applicant, in the event of filing of regular bail application under Section 439 of Cr. P.C. on behalf of the Applicant before the concerned Trial Court, the same shall be decided by the said Court on the date of its filing if the Applicant surrenders himself before the concerned Trial Court.
