Agrawal Order On Board 03/05/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application for revaluation of answer sheet of Mathematics subject of B.Sc. 1St year before the Respondents-University but the same has not been considered and decided till date.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents-University would submit that the application preferred by the petitioner is not maintainable in view of Instruction No. 8(A) of the Instructions of University relating to revaluation. (3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

(4) Be that as it may, the respondents-University is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application for revaluation of answer sheet of Mathematics Subject of B.Sc. 1St year including maintainability thereof within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
