The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider his objection regarding petitioner's claim for grant of appropriate seniority on the basis of petitioner having completed 10 years and number of Junior persons having been included in the list. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit at this stage the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to examine the petitioner's claim and take appropriate action for including him in the seniority list. If petitioner submit a fresh representation taking all the grounds which have been raised under the petition or available under the law, to respondent No. 2 within a period of 30 days, it would be decided within a

period of 60 days.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
