Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 08/12/2015

1. This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred seeking quashment of the order dated 9.8.2012 passed by the JMFC, Kunkuri, District Jashpur, making observations against the petitioner and directing the police to make investigation against her.

2. In the return filed by the respondent, it is mentioned in para-7 thereof that pursuant to direction of the JMFC fresh investigation was made, however, the petitioner has not been sent for trial as the Sub Registrar, Stamp, Kunkuri has submitted a report not finding the petitioner's role in the crime. Charge sheet has thus been filed against other accused persons but not against the petitioner.
