Since it is a pure industrial dispute, in the opinion of this court the writ petition may not be maintainable as there is statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioners. Therefore, reserving the rights of the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy under the Labour Laws, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of.
