2. The matter is listed for orders on PUD dated 19.01.2021 sent by learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Rejnandgaon (C.G.) requesting for extension of further time for disposal of the case.

3. On 11.08.2020, in the case of the petitioner passed in MCRC No. 4440/2020 this Court had issued a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. By the PUD under consideration, the Court below has said that the trial has not been concluded within the prescribed time limit due to the rotational duty and prayed for further short time of one month for concluding the trial.

4. As the request made by the concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, two months' further time is granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case. The concerned Judge is directed to make all the endeavour for disposal of the case within time.
