WRIT PETITION UNDERARTICLE226 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA

ORDER

(29.01.2015) With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

The present case pertains tQ the non-payment of retiral dues in particular pension to the petitioner.

Counsel for the State submits that the State Government has already constituted a High Power Retjral Dues Committee and the said Committee is duly empowered to consider the cases like that of the petitioner. Let the petitioner file a representation to the said Committee or to ..: make a request to the office of the Advocate General along with copy of the writ petition for forwarding the same to the Committee. Let this be done within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy ofthis order. On this being done, the Committee shall issue notice to the petitioner and officers concerned within a further period of 15 days. The Committee shall consider and pass order in accordance with law after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner and the officers concerned may file additional documents, if necessary.

The entire exercise including payment of retiral dues, if any, to the petitioner, be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copyof this order. With the above observations, this petition is disposed of.
