14/09/2015 Order on Board Pursuant to bailbale warrant issued against the appellant, a report dated 23.08.2015/08.09.15 has been received from the Station House Officer, Mana Camp, Police Station, stating therein that the appellant - Brij Mohan @ Mahadev has expired on 09.03.2015 following illness in Super Speciality Hospital, Raipur. Death Certificate issued by Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat, Dhaneli, is also annexed with the report.

In view of above, the appeal abates and the same is dismissed on account of death of sole appellant.
