The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 08.01.2021 passed in WPS No. 5016/2020. 2.

The modification sought for is only to the extent of deleting the term "Engineering" from the order in paragraph No.1, as the same has got inadvertently mentioned in the order sheet.

To the limited relief sought for by the applicant, the State counsel does not have any objection.

Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed and the order dated 08.01.2021 passed in WPS No. 5016/2020 stands modified to the extent that the term "Engineering" from paragraph No.1 shall stands deleted from the order sheet.
