1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 01.09.2020 in connection with Crime No. 146/2020 registered in Police Station Balrampur, District BalrampurRamanujganj (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
