Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the order dated 23.06.2016 passed by the Additional Collector & Arbitrator (NHAI), the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) has not taken any steps.

In view of the above, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application before the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) to comply with the order dated 23.06.2016 passed by the Arbitrator. 3.

In such an event application is filed by the petitioner, the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) shall proceed in accordance with law expeditiously.
