Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order On Board 05.03.2021 Heard

1. Perusal of the order impugned would show that it has been passed by the Joint Registrar in the original site. In view of such fact, the statutory appellate remedy under Section 78-1(b) of the C.G. Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is provided to file an appeal before the Registrar & Additional Registrar. Therefore, I am not inclined to go into any roving enquiry to find out facts. The petitioner, if so advised, may file the necessary appeal before the statutory authority. The petitioner, if so desire, may ask for return of the certified copy of Annexure P-1, then it should be returned to the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same.

2. With such observation, the petition stands disposed off. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Aks
