2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.154/2019 registered at Police Station Banki Mongra, District Korba (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 376 of the IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. The applicant has abducted and committed forcible sexual intercourse with the prosecutrix, aged about 14 years, 11 months.

4. Considering the material available in the case diary, no case for grant of bail is made out.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix.
