I do not understand how the Petitioner becomes an interested party whose occupation is cable business in the District of Raipur to become interested with the issue so raised.

Even otherwise, let the issue be agitated before the appropriate authority who will examine the veracity of the allegation so made, to take appropriate measures, if needed.

PIL is otherwise dismissed.
