1. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the entire amount including the GPF and leave encashment has been released and no amount is due at the end of the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the amount of DA has not been paid.

3. In view of such submission made the petitioner if aggrieved may seek his remedy in a properly constituted petition.

4. Prima facie after going through the reply and submission as recorded no deliberate contempt is made out at this stage. Rule is discharged.
