1. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is serving as Assistant Registrar at Sant Gahira Guru University, Ambikapur and has sort for mutual transfer. It is contended that initially communication was made to the State, thereafter the Commissioner on enquiry found that the petitioner wherein seeks transfer i.e. at Pt. Ravi Shankar University, Raipur certain posts are vacant wherein the petitioner can be accommodated, therefore, after the enquiry was concluded again a proposal was filed by the petitioner and the proposal have been forwarded by Respondent No. 1 to Respondent No. 2 which is lying for decision, therefore the petitioner has filed an representation Annexure P-6

on 23.11.2019 and prays that the representation may be directed to be decided.

2. Considering the fact, that the recommendation of petitioner's transfer have already been forwarded which is lying at the end of Respondent No. 2. Considering the same, Respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P6) within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to give another copy of the representation to the respective respondent.
