1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' land has not been acquired and construction is being made on the said land and despite representation, the Collector has not
considered and decided the representation.
2. Be that as it may, the Collector, Janjgir-Champa, is directed to look into the matter and take decision within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Meanwhile, interim order granted on 25-6-2008 shall remain in operation.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
