As prayed for, further 45 days time is granted to comply with the earlier order of this Court dated 27/09/2018 passed in WP(227) No. 1091 of 2015 and to dispose off the Misc. Civil Appeal No. 47/2012 from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
