Agrawal Order On Board 31/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has already preferred an appeal before appellate authority against impugned order dated 8.11.2017 (Annexure P/4), but the same has not been considered and decided till now, against which the instant petition has been filed.

(2) Since the petitioner's appeal is pending consideration before the appellate authority, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition. The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition after disposal of appeal, if grievance still subsists. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
