1. This is third bail application preferred under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

2. First bail application was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 15.06.2020 passed in MCRCA No.86/2020.

3. Second bail application was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 23.11.2020 passed in MCRCA No.821/2020.

4. I do not found any new ground in the instant bail application. Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed at motion stage itself.

5. However, as prayed by learned counsel for the Applicant, in the event of filing of regular bail application under Section 439 of Cr. P.C. on behalf of the Applicant before the concerned Trial Court, the same shall be decided by the said Court on the date of its filing if the Applicant surrenders himself before the concerned Trial Court within 07 days from the date of receipt of this order.
