Heard.

After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this revision petition with liberty to file application under Section 391 read with Section 315 of Cr.P.C. for examining the applicants as additional witness in defence.

Considered on the submission made and on that basis this revision petition is being disposed off. Liberty is granted to the applicants to file application before the Appellate Court under Section 391 read with Section 315 of Cr.P.C. on or before the next date of hearing to make a prayer for examination of the applicants as additional evidence.

The appellate Court is directed to consider and decide the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
