Counsel for the respondents referred to a document dated 16.03.2020 whereby the earlier order passed by the authorities on 14.01.2020 has been cancelled and it has been decided to proceed in accordance with law against the petitioner. The said document dated 16.03.2020 has been brought on record as Annexure R/2.1. In view of the said document enclosed with the reply, the contempt proceedings at this stage stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to avail other appropriate remedies available to him.

With the aforesaid observation, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
