Mr. Sudeep Johri, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of these petitions, an order was passed by the RTA pursuant to the impugned order of remand, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with liberty to challenge the order passed in remand on such grounds as may be available under the law including the grounds mentioned in these petitions.

The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 4.

Considering that during the pendency of these matters, an order upon remand was passed, it is directed that if the petitioner prefers an appeal before the Appellate Authority within a period of 30 days, the appeal shall be considered on its own merits without going into the question of limitation.
