(C) No. 1642 of 2018, the applicant is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to respondent authority to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 19.06.2018 passed in Writ Petition (C) No. 1642 of 2018. (3) Counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation to respondent / competent authority and, in turn, authority concerned shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 19.06.2018 in its letter and spirit.
