1. Present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPS No. 6707/2018, which got dismissed on account of peremptory order passed by this Court on 09.10.2018.

2. For the reason assigned in the said application and finding them to be satisfactory, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the MCC has been made out. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. WPS No. 6707/2018 stands restored to its original number, subject to the applicant's removing the defaults within a further period of 7 days, otherwise the order passed in the present MCC would loose its efficacy.
